A brand new year ... hopefully a brand new (-ish) me! Despite my failure to complete 2012 with a photo each day (I reached about April, I think!) it was a good year for me, building on the recovery of the previous couple of years. I now feel well again and relatively "normal", so I'm hoping to keep clicking away for the full 12 months, this year!

Day 53 - Ice and Lemon
Felt like having a strong drink today ... but I didn't.
(Planning applications from neighbours rearing their ugly heads again.)
Felt like having a cigarette or twenty, too ... but I didn't do that either.
I know the feeling. It feels much better not to give in, even though it's a lot harder.
