Day 49 - A Visit to Mole Valley Farmers

A visit to MVF usually results in something delicious (and often locally-produced) to eat. Today, we picked up a free-range chicken for around £8.00, a large ham that is big enough to cut into three for under £11.00, a totally gorgeous lemon cheesecake (there were samples, which we tucked into happily!) and this utterly scrumptious bread. It was somewhere between a foccacia and a milk twist, baked with chunks of red onion and liberally topped with Stilton and rosemary ... heaven, served with some good cheese, chutney and an apple.
